These terms explain how customers should use Ready Steady Safety and how annual access is managed.
What the service provides
Ready Steady Safety provides daily safety alerts, toolbox talk prompts, HSE and news awareness, legal context, delivery logs, and optional Telegram delivery.
The web app is the main product. Telegram is an optional delivery channel for customers who want safety messages pushed to teams or channels.
Customer responsibilities
Customers must keep login details secure, use the service lawfully, and make sure Telegram destinations are authorised by their organisation.
Customers remain responsible for checking whether any alert, toolbox talk, or news item fits their site, task, workforce, equipment, and legal duties.
Plans, access, and cancellation
Paid plans run annually and are activated after Stripe confirms payment. Free access remains limited to the free content included in the plan rules.
Access can be paused, expired, or suspended if a subscription ends, payment fails, access is misused, or the customer asks to cancel.
Content and availability
Ready Steady Safety aims to keep content practical and current, but external links, HSE pages, news sources, and Telegram services can change or become unavailable.
The service may be updated, corrected, or temporarily unavailable for maintenance, hosting incidents, payment-provider issues, or Telegram API issues.
