Customers remain responsible for appointing competent people, completing suitable and sufficient assessments, supervising work, training workers, and meeting statutory inspection duties.

Emergency and incident use
Ready Steady Safety is not an emergency reporting service. Serious incidents, urgent hazards, and legal reporting duties must be handled through the correct workplace and statutory processes.
The app doesn't record or report incidents to anyone, including HSE.
