Refund and cancellation overview
Annual access is provided as a digital service. Refund requests should be sent to hello@readysteadysafety.co.uk with the account email, Stripe payment details if available, plan, and reason for the request.
Where access has already been activated, refund decisions should consider usage, timing, accidental duplicate payments, and any goodwill or launch-offer commitments.

Telegram invite links are generated for eligible users and are intended for the account holder or authorised team. Generated links may be limited by expiry time and member limit to reduce unauthorised sharing.
Customers must not share paid invite links publicly or use the service to send content to unauthorised groups or channels.
