Refund and Cancellation Policy

This policy explains how annual access, cancellation, failed payments, and refund requests are handled.

Ready Steady Safety Plain English

This policy explains how annual access, cancellation, failed payments, and refund requests are handled.

1 Payments

Annual access

Paid Ready Steady Safety plans are annual digital subscriptions. Stripe checkout activates the selected plan after payment confirmation.

Customers should choose the plan that matches the content and delivery they need before paying.

2 Payments

Cancellation

Customers can request cancellation by using the contact page or emailing the support address shown below.

Cancellation stops future access renewal where applicable. Access already provided for the current annual period may remain available unless a refund or account change is agreed.

3 Payments

Refund requests

Refund requests should include the account email, plan, Stripe payment details if available, and the reason for the request.

Refund decisions consider timing, accidental duplicate payments, whether paid access has been used, any service issue, and any launch-offer commitment.

4 Payments

Failed or disputed payments

If Stripe reports a failed, disputed, or action-required payment, paid access may be paused until the issue is resolved.

Customers should contact support if they believe payment succeeded but access did not activate.
