Paid but still locked out?

If Stripe payment succeeded but the dashboard has not unlocked yet, use the payment/access route first.

  • Use the same email as your account where possible
  • Include the plan and what happened after payment
  • Support can check the access status safely

Invite or delivery issue?

Use this route if an invite expires, a channel is missing, or a send did not arrive where you expected it.

  • Invite links are private, one-use, and expire after 24 hours
  • Open the link on the phone using Telegram
  • Generate a fresh link if the wrong device opened it
