Practical HSE, made easier to keep alive

I created Ready Steady Safety because many small businesses want to keep safety active, but they do not always have time to write fresh alerts, toolbox talks, legal prompts, and team reminders every week.

The platform is designed to make safety communication easier to repeat: short daily prompts, monthly toolbox talks, HSE/news awareness, plain-English legal context, and optional Telegram delivery for teams that need updates pushed to them.

My background covers site HSE leadership, ISO 45001 audit readiness, PUWER governance, COSHH and DSEAR controls, manual handling, incident investigation, contractor engagement, HSE budget ownership, and data-led safety reporting.

I have also built practical digital HSE tools, including QR-code hazard reporting, PPE registers, PUWER action trackers, departmental risk assessment registers, safety observation dashboards, and reporting systems that help leaders see what needs attention.

The web app gives customers a simple dashboard for daily alerts, toolbox talks, HSE/news awareness, legal context, plan access, and support. Telegram is optional: useful for teams that already use channels or groups.

The alerts and talks are designed to prompt better conversations and action. They do not replace site-specific risk assessments, training, supervision, policies, inspections, or competent advice.

The strongest setup is a named person checking the dashboard, using the talks with teams, and making sure actions are discussed, assigned, and closed.
